  • Licensed as an Oklahoma Licensed Appraiser (Appraiser Number: 13502SLA) 
  • Experienced in appraising residential properties 1-4 units and working with required software/MLS sites.  
  • Started Long and Associates Appraisal in May 2019 and working till present. 
  • Working closely with Supervisor on Appraisals in the greater OKC metro area involving Sales Comparison, Cost approach and Income approach.   
  • Report writing including appropriate forms for each approach required with Titan software.
